Job Summary: Infrastructure and Communications Analyst to support the administration and monitoring of IT infrastructure in sustainable mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in infrastructure improvement and upgrade projects A company focused on developing sustainable mining projects—particularly rare earth extraction and processing—is seeking an Infrastructure and Communications Analyst. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support the administration and monitoring of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems, and communications) in both on-premise and cloud environments. * Collaborate in LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network support and maintenance to ensure continuity of technology services. * Perform second-level infrastructure support tasks, escalating incidents as applicable. * Support operational availability of critical services for offices, pilot plants, and operations. * Participate in the implementation of infrastructure technology improvements, upgrades, and projects. * Support coordination with external technology vendors and service providers, tracking requests and tickets. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (network diagrams, inventories, procedures). * Collaborate in applying security standards, operational continuity, and IT best practices. * Provide basic support for IT/OT integration (industrial networks, control systems), per senior team guidelines. * Support the IT team in administrative and operational tasks related to infrastructure management. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; * Advanced English [will work with international teams]; * Experience or exposure to IT infrastructure environments and network/system support; * Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall concepts); * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server / Linux); * Familiarity with virtualization and cloud environments (ideally Azure, basic level); * General information security knowledge (best practices, access controls, backups); * Basic knowledge or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or others); * Interest and willingness to learn about IT/OT integration. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Autonomy; * Proactivity; * Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. ### **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Flexible card (Flash/Caju/Swile/other) * Totalpass * Annual bonus * Education assistance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Advanced)
