Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, executing, and monitoring the company's vehicle management to ensure operational efficiency and support related departments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities include: Analyzing, executing, and monitoring activities related to the company's vehicle management, ensuring proper process operation and support to Maintenance, Logistics, Fuel Supply, and Documentation Control departments. Ensuring operational resource compliance, including drivers, vehicles, and equipment; * Preventive and corrective maintenance; * Operational blitzes; * Fuel consumption control; * Cost and quotation management; * Vehicle tracking; * Traffic violation control; * Management of driver, vehicle, and equipment documentation; * Inventory control and maintenance of spare parts and tires; * Monitoring and ensuring achievement of unit performance indicators; * Ensuring compliance with current legislation and promoting safe working conditions for drivers, freight carriers, and operators; * Maintaining good relationships with transportation customers and suppliers, aligned with operational needs; * Responding to leadership requests and demands; * Ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and other company resources; * Strictly adhering to company and client standards, procedures, and regulations.
