**Job Opening: HR and Operational Intelligence Assistant** **Location:** Cachoeirinha **Type:** CLT **Level:** Assistant **About the Job** We are looking for an HR and Operational Intelligence Assistant to support people processes, time tracking, data organization, and talent and partner prospecting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, people, and metrics. **Main Responsibilities** * Support **HR** routines (registrations, document control, employee follow-up, absences, assisting in payroll submission to accounting, tracking employees’ hour banks) * Populate and organize control spreadsheets * Create and update simple dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI, if familiar) * Support recruitment and candidate prospecting processes * Monitor driver APP training programs **Requirements** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **HR** (or currently studying Administration, HR, Management, Accounting, etc.) * Proficiency with Office suite applications * Ability to organize data and generate reports * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfort interacting with people, clients, and candidates, actively providing service and conducting prospecting via WhatsApp * Reside near the area with easy commuting access Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
