**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive, inspect, verify, and store goods, tools, and equipment according to the Purchase Order (PO);
* Notify suppliers in cases of damage, shortages, or quantity/quality discrepancies;
* Manage inventory (receipts, issues, minimum/maximum/safety levels, and replenishment);
* Conduct monthly, cyclical, and general inventories;
* Plan and execute replenishment via Purchase Requests (PR);
* Fulfill material requisitions promptly and perform system stock adjustments within SLA;
* Train users on issuing Material Requisitions (MR);
* Control supplier/transporter access and inspect vehicles prior to unloading;
* Receive drivers in accordance with policies and restrict access to internal areas;
* Collect and verify fiscal documents (invoices, DANFE, CTe/DACTe, bank slips, and FISPQ);
* Validate PO data against invoice data and contact suppliers/purchasing in case of inconsistencies;
* Record receipts using checklists and forward documentation to the Fiscal Reception department;
* Identify, label, and ensure proper storage and preservation of materials;
* Monitor returns of non-conforming goods;
* Perform follow-up on orders, invoice entry into the system, and inventory balance;
* Update inventory parameters (minimum, maximum, and replenishment);
* Draft technical specifications for materials when required;
* Analyze and monitor systemic data through reports and due diligence;
* Carry out tasks related to the area as requested by leadership.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School;
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration or Logistics — preferred;
* TOTVS RM Nucleus ERP system;
* Proficiency in inventory management;
* Knowledge of Power BI and intermediate Excel.
**Work Model:**
* 100% on-site at VSEAvenida Bom Jesus do Vale, 120 — Vale do Sereno, Nova Lima/MG.
* Working hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
