Your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming patients with care and attention; * Registering patients and guiding them through exams; * Supporting health insurance authorization processes; * Explaining coverage, deadlines, and authorizations; * Delivering test results and conducting satisfaction surveys; * Managing cash flow and issuing electronic invoices. **What we expect from you** We seek someone who: * Is proactive and detail-oriented; * Enjoys interacting with people and communicates effectively; * Is agile without compromising care; * Collaborates well within a team and values a light, cooperative atmosphere. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Experience in medical clinics and/or hospitals (preferably in imaging); * Knowledge of health insurance authorizations and related procedures. **What you need to know** * CLT employment contract * Compensation: R$ 1.703,11 + 303,60 (hazard pay) + 85,16 (5% bonus) = 2.091,87 * Transportation allowance * Schedule: 12x36 * Breakfast provided * Prize draws during months when targets are met * Birthday bonus (R$ extra in birth month) * Exame Club benefits program * Benefits effective after 3 months: + Outpatient Health Plan (Plasc) + Dental Plan If you identify with this level of care—care that goes beyond the exam—and believe every interaction can transform a patient’s experience, we want to meet you!
