Development of training and organizational climate programs CLT Belo Horizonte / MG ##### **Description** Analyze and execute activities related to the Human Resource Management subsystems, including recruitment and selection, training and development, leadership performance monitoring, organizational climate, internal marketing, motivational initiatives, exit interviews, indicator recordkeeping, as well as performance data collection and analysis, aiming to maintain a qualified workforce aligned with the Company’s growth and development needs; Identify and apply innovative techniques for attracting professionals from the market and for selecting candidates, without compromising the quality of resources integrated into the organization, thereby minimizing time-to-hire and maximizing satisfaction among requesting departments; Lead the recruitment and selection process for new employees, defining and aligning open position profiles with the hiring manager and ensuring consistency with existing job descriptions, negotiating timelines and priorities, scheduling technical interviews, maintaining alignment between the department-defined profile and candidate profile to best meet operational demands, and providing feedback to internal and external candidates participating in selection processes; Support and assist in designing institutional training programs and development and capacity-building programs, proposing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating their outcomes to achieve the Company’s defined objectives; 8\.
