Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Act as the technical reference for the development team, ensuring alignment across all members regarding architecture standards, security, and other technical matters. * Deliver training, upskilling, and refresher courses for the Delivery Center on emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, processes, and internal policies. * Participate in innovation and research initiatives, promoting experimentation with new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies; propose and implement the most promising ones while ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices. * Lead retrospective and continuous learning sessions, encouraging the team to reflect on successes and challenges encountered and apply lessons learned to improve future processes. * Collaborate closely with other IT leaders and stakeholders to ensure technical initiatives align with organizational goals and that interdepartmental dependencies are managed efficiently. * Lead development squads composed of testers, developers, designers, and business analysts, addressing impediments—including technical issues. * Continuously monitor the team’s technical performance, reporting suggestions, adjustments, and improvements. * Ensure scalability and performance of delivered systems and enhancements. * Guarantee proper transition of developed features and applications to Support and Monitoring teams. * Demonstrate strong communication, articulation, and negotiation skills. * Embed security practices within squads—including Privacy by Design, DevSecOps, etc.—and address vulnerabilities. * Serve as the team’s technical mentor, promoting coding best practices, automated testing, and secure development. * Support sprint and release planning for incremental software delivery, including assistance with team effort estimation (HH). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Postgraduate studies in the field are a plus; * Experience leading agile technical teams; * Knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing, information security, and agile methodologies; * Familiarity with DevOps / CI/CD and test automation; * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and results focus. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
