Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute annual equipment scheduling in accordance with calendars and standard operating procedures, ensuring space preparation, support for setups, and adherence to timelines. * Consolidate shift operational reports (attendance, satisfaction, incidents, direct costs), record data in systems, and escalate pending items to supervision. * Monitor routine service orders and supplier deliveries, verifying basic scope and agreed deadlines. * Conduct routine communication with local artists for operational alignment (access, rehearsals, logistics). * Support documentation organization for accountability reporting on incentive-based projects, gathering evidence and entering information into platforms. * **Position based in Piacatuba (MG).** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Museology, Cultural Production, Performing Arts, Cinema, Business Administration, Tourism/Hospitality, or related fields. * Experience in equipment or facility operations and supervision. * Knowledge and practical experience applying safety protocols for public and heritage assets. * Ability to coordinate building and systems maintenance. * Experience managing operational budgets. * Experience organizing, managing, and qualifying customer service, mediation, and support teams. * Experience consolidating and analyzing operational indicators (e.g., attendance, satisfaction, incidents, costs, technical availability). * Knowledge of environmental management and mitigation of public-use impacts in protected areas (where applicable). * Driver’s license Category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Course in Cultural Languages Management or Cultural Management; * Short courses in continuous project management training; * Intermediate English and/or Spanish for visitor assistance; * Experience with full accessibility; prior involvement in safety/quality certifications. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
