Responsibilities: * Attend to customer demands; * Team management; * Control and monitoring of team and store performance indicators, develop and execute action plans aiming at achieving the goals of the store under your responsibility; * Responsible for the store's interface with administrative and support departments, financial management of the store, infrastructure management, product inventory management, people management, and management of the store's supply inventory; * Ensure that all mandatory legal documentation complies with legislation; * Carry out procedures related to loss prevention, risk, and security; * Receive representatives from regulatory agencies; * Ensure the correct organization, pricing, and cleanliness of the store according to established standards. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in the retail sector and in leadership roles; * Postgraduate degree in the field will be considered a differentiator; * Availability to work in different shifts and schedules.
