We are looking for a **Reservation Agent** to join our team and assist guests, ensuring an efficient, friendly, and professional experience from the first contact. This professional will be responsible for managing reservations, providing information about the hotel, and ensuring maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle reservation requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online systems; * Enter, modify, and cancel reservations in hotel systems; * Provide information on rates, availability, policies, and hotel services; * Follow up on reservations and quotations; * Keep guest data updated in the system; * Collaborate with Front Desk and Guest Services (Valet Parking) departments; * Ensure compliance with commercial and service policies; * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is a plus); * Prior experience in reservations or customer service (preferably in hospitality); * Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays); * Preferred: proficiency in another language; * Must reside in Roseira, Aparecida, Potim, or Guaratinguetá. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Life Insurance. * Career Development Plan.
