This person will work with care, organization, and attention to detail—playing an essential role in the smooth operation of the school routine. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Communication:** Support communication with parents or guardians during drop-off and pick-up, delivering messages as instructed by teachers or coordination. * **Safety and Supervision:** Supervise children at all times (in classrooms, playgrounds, dining areas, and nap times), preventing accidents and ensuring everyone's well-being. * **Daily Care and Hygiene:** Assist with children’s personal hygiene (diaper changes, bathing, tooth brushing, and bathroom use). * **Meals:** Accompany and assist children during meals, encouraging autonomy and healthy eating habits. * **Pedagogical Support:** Assist teachers in organizing and implementing recreational, playful, and pedagogical activities (drawing, games, storytelling). * **Environment Organization:** Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of toys, educational materials, and classrooms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school. * **Preferred Education:** Currently enrolled in Pedagogy, Teacher Training, or holding a technical certification in Infant Care / Early Childhood Development. * **Experience:** Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, nurseries, or children’s hotels is a plus. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of First Aid and stages of child development. **Additional Information** **Discover our benefits!** * + Health insurance; + Dental insurance; + Benefits club (discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Discounts for children attending any school within the Raiz Educação Group (as per internal policy).
