We are looking for a Payroll Department Assistant to join our dynamic and committed team. If you are passionate about numbers, proactive, and eager to learn payroll department routines, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! ### **Prerequisites** \- Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the payroll department, verified by employment record; \- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and ancillary obligations; \- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. ### **Benefits** Health Insurance; Meal Voucher; Lunch; Birthday Day Off; Education Allowance; Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance. ### **Observations** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Master functions from previous levels; \- Perform employee onboarding processes; \- Analyze, calculate, and verify vacation entitlements; \- Calculate, verify, and close payroll-related taxes for smaller-volume payrolls; \- Submit and finalize eSocial and DCTFWeb events; \- Calculate, verify, and close taxes related to profit-sharing (pró-labore) payments; \- Recalculate outstanding tax forms, verifying amounts and respective periods; \- Perform employee data updates, including positions, salaries, allocations, and related information.
