**Occupation:** Building Custodian R$ **Salary Expectation** R$ 2,05 **Number of vacancies** 2 **Working hours** From 08:00 to 17:00 **Education level** Completed Elementary School (1st Level) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary range** R$ 2,05 * **Number of vacancies** 2 * **Working hours** From 08:00 to 17:00 * **Education level** Completed Elementary School (1st Level) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are accepted until **26/05/2026** ### **Job Description** • Ensure order, respect, and compliance with rules and procedures established by the Condominium Regulations; • Remain vigilant regarding any irregularities observed within the condominium; • Inspect floors and common areas to verify functionality and identify defects in items such as doors, windows, sensors, light bulbs, etc., and immediately report existing maintenance needs to the Condominium Manager; • Clean common areas of the condominium, sweeping corridors, staircases, garages, etc., whenever necessary; • Wash the condominium garage and sidewalk; • Collect garbage, observing the designated schedule and placing it in the appropriate location; • Store cleaning supplies properly in their designated locations; • Check fire escape stairways (emergency exit routes) for objects left by residents and remove them; • Monitor all moving activities and service providers performing work inside the condominium, requesting that they clean the work area upon completion; • Immediately notify the Condominium Manager if garbage or damaged items from a move are left anywhere in the condominium; • Never argue with residents or service providers if they refuse to comply with the condominium regulations; instead, record their violations in the incident logbook. • Maintain the conservation and cleanliness of the condominium; • Perform minor repairs such as repainting parking space markings for residents’ vehicles, replacing light bulbs, repairing electrical outlets and faucets; • Enforce compliance with the condominium regulations, including: mandatory mask-wearing for all visitors; proper use of each elevator type (social and service); preventing residents’ pets from relieving themselves in condominium premises; immediately notifying the Condominium Manager to take appropriate action; • Verify whether corridor lighting systems and external area lighting are functioning properly. ### **Prerequisites** Proven work experience documented in the Work Record Book (Carteira de Trabalho) ### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, and Pharmacy Benefit.
