Join our team too! **Responsibilities and Duties** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT * Lead the team of educators, monitoring and guiding their activities, and providing necessary support to achieve project goals and objectives aligned with the Education and Territory Directorate’s guidelines. * Participate in planning vacations, time-off schedules, and time-banking for direct reports; monitor absences and attendance to ensure compliance with labor legislation. * Manage work teams, fostering the professional and personal development of staff members and enhancing their competencies. * Identify areas for improvement and encourage and motivate educators under supervision to pursue excellence in their work. * Conduct individual check-ins (1:1\) and provide regular feedback on work scope and performance. * Deliver 45-day and 90-day onboarding feedback sessions and support continuous development processes. * Carry out onboarding, training, and integration of new staff members. * Participate in selection processes for the area. STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT * Design methodologies and action plans for projects under supervision (including scheduling, routines, team meetings, feedback sessions, educational content, and training). * Develop and enhance educator training processes to improve the quality and impact of educational initiatives. * Research and propose future education projects for validation by management and the Directorate. * Conduct research and propose solutions to improve processes and resolve everyday challenges. * Represent the institution regarding project implementation within your operational focus, contacting schools, partner institutions, diverse professionals, teachers, students, and the community to clarify questions. PROCESS MANAGEMENT * Monitor area-specific indicators, assess results, draft relevant action plans, and present them to support decision-making, course corrections, and strategic adjustments. * Create and implement mechanisms for generating and analyzing data related to public engagement in Activation projects, considering audience experience. * Conceptualize, from a cultural mediation perspective, the foundational principles of data analysis, narrative, and dissemination. * Prepare institutional project and process monitoring reports for sponsors and partners. * Evaluate, validate, and advise on activity proposals developed by the educator team within project scopes, as well as work plans and activation proposals by invited guest facilitators. * Report execution-related information and outcomes of project activities to the Projects and Sponsor Relations departments.
