The Social Projects Analyst will be responsible for supporting the creation, implementation, and monitoring of social responsibility initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and promoting actions aligned with the company’s values. Responsibilities and duties: Develop and implement social responsibility programs aligned with the company’s values and strategies; Monitor and track progress of social projects, ensuring achievement of objectives and deadlines; Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations on results and impacts of initiatives; Analyze the social impact of activities carried out, proposing improvements and opportunities for advancement; Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the projects; Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and other relevant organizations; Support resource planning and accountability reporting for projects; Collaborate with client management in implementing initiatives; Support planning and organization of social events and initiatives. ### **Prerequisites** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Humanities or Applied Social Sciences; Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Strategic vision and critical analytical ability; Strong oral and written communication skills; Availability for fieldwork and travel within the state; Prior experience with social responsibility projects.
