Microsoft Planner Perform technical and administrative support for environmental licensing activities, focusing on routine management, document organization, and monitoring of projects and regulatory processes. Administrative and Technical Support Activities: * Digitization and/or printing of various documents: maps, official letters, reports, environmental studies, declarations, opinions, ARTs, among others; * Organization of supplementary information requested by licensing or regulatory agencies; * Preparation of official letters and other documents to be submitted to Environmental Agencies; * Issuance of purchase requests (RC), service sheets (FS), and material reservations in SAP; * Issuance and tracking of payments for fees related to licensing (DAIA, ART, TCFA, IGAM, etc.). Process and Routine Management: * Ongoing support in managing administrative and environmental processes, licenses, and compliance with requirements, using internal systems such as CAL, GOL (business goals), and SAP; * Monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and process statuses on environmental agency websites (IBAMA, SISEMANET, SISEMA, SEI/MG, COPAM, among others); * Tracking project schedules and progress of environmental projects, supporting technical and managerial team decision-making. Support for Unit Environmental Management: * Support in managing the corporate system for licenses and environmental requirements of CBA's aluminum mining units; * Support in coordinating actions to meet environmental requirements associated with licenses in the Zona da Mata region; * Assistance in preparing technical and management reports for submission to competent authorities and internal stakeholders. Additional and Field Activities: * When necessary, conducting field surveys in mined areas; * Valid driver's license category B required * Delivery of documents to notaries, city halls, and other partner institutions; * Participation in follow-up and alignment meetings with the technical team and managers. 2511070202301792766
