We are looking for a Pedagogical Supervision Coordinator to join our team and closely support the execution of these programs in partner schools — with firmness, assertiveness, self-management capability, creativity, and professional demeanor. Proactivity in problem-solving, excellent communication skills, passion for working with schools and teams, as well as consistently maintaining a positive and joyful attitude at work are essential. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate the activities of pedagogical supervisors who support local school coordinators during workshops. • Manage the entire process of onboarding new schools, including in-person visits and monitoring progress through indicators and reports. • Monitor all school processes using performance indicators and reports. • Promote continuous professional development related to the BNCC. • Oversee the completion of supervisors’ spreadsheets and logs, assisting in resolving issues. • Conduct in-person visits to inspect school facilities, meet key stakeholders, and gather information regarding program implementation. ### **Prerequisites** • Degree in Pedagogy or Psychology, with specialization in education. • Experience in pedagogical management. • Availability for travel. • Residence in Juiz de Fora/MG. ### **Benefits** • CLT employment contract • Gym membership • English language course • Meal allowance during potential business trips ### **Additional Notes** Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in educational institutions (regular schools). • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • Driver’s license category B.
