This role is essential in helping Uniticket maintain high service standards and operational agility. Responsibilities and Duties **Customer Support:** Provide attentive and efficient support to end customers and producers. Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and clarify doubts clearly and concisely. **Support Processes:** Become familiar with Uniticket’s internal customer support processes, guide users on proper service usage, and ensure all procedures are correctly understood. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve support processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Effective Communication:** Maintain consistent and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed about updates, new features, and procedural changes. **Internal Collaboration:** Work closely with Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure integrated and efficient customer support. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education * **Minimum age: 17 years old.** * **Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Interest in learning and adapting to new processes and technologies. WORK SCHEDULE: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid work schedule — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (in-office); Tuesday and Friday (remote) Additional Information ? R$ 1070.00 ?
