Requires physical stamina and ability to work in a team Job Description – Construction Laborer A construction laborer supports masons, foremen, and other construction professionals, ensuring work proceeds in an organized and efficient manner. Main responsibilities: * Prepare and transport materials (cement, sand, bricks, etc.) * Mix concrete, mortar, and other construction materials * Clean and organize the construction site * Assist in assembling and dismantling structures (scaffolding, braces) * Load and unload materials * Support masons in various tasks (laying, plastering, etc.) * Maintain tools and equipment Common requirements: * Elementary education (completed or incomplete) * Physical stamina (job involves physical effort) * Basic knowledge of construction (desirable but not mandatory) * Ability to work in a team * Responsibility and attention to safety regulations Working conditions: * Work is generally outdoors * Exposure to dust, sunlight, and noise * Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Salary: starting from R$1\.778,48 per month Work location: On-site
