Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, sales-driven Salesperson with enthusiasm for paints, tools, machinery, and hardware to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Serve and delight customers by understanding their needs and offering the best solutions in paints, tools, machinery, and hardware. Conduct consultative sales, clearly, technically, and persuasively presenting products and their benefits. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales, aiming to meet and exceed individual and team targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a positive and memorable shopping experience. Organize and maintain the sales area, ensuring proper product display and a welcoming, inviting environment. **Requirements:** What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Completed High School education. Basic knowledge of—or interest in learning about—our product portfolio (paints, machinery, tools, and hardware). Skills and Competencies: Strong results- and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills. Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to adapt to diverse customer profiles and situations. Customer-centric mindset and focus on solving customer needs, with empathy and resilience. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a cooperative work environment. Advantages (Bonus if you have): In-depth knowledge in one or more of our product segments ( Experience with sales management systems (POS). An existing client base or contacts within the industry. Retail sales experience, preferably in construction, finishing materials, paints, tools, or hardware.
