Key responsibilities: Monitor, verify, and process employees' electronic time clock records; Adjust time entries, analyze inconsistencies, and track overtime balances; Support managers and employees with questions related to working hours and time clock records; Generate time clock reports and support the monthly payroll closing process; Assist with general HR department routines; Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education (bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or related fields preferred); Prior experience in electronic time clock control and processing; Knowledge of HR department routines; Familiarity with TOTVS system is desirable; Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
