Key responsibilities: Monitor, verify, and process employees' electronic time clock records; Adjust time entries, analyze inconsistencies, and track working hour balances; Support managers and employees with questions regarding working hours and time clock records; Generate time clock reports and assist in the monthly payroll closing process; Assist with general HR Department routines; Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education (bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or related fields preferred, currently in progress); Prior experience in electronic time clock monitoring and processing; Knowledge of HR Department routines; Familiarity with TOTVS system is preferred; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
