(At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council confirming active registration number, full name of the professional, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected.
