Our goal is to deliver solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation journeys, establishing a partnership grounded in integrity, transparency, and tailored solutions aligned with their needs. **What will you do?** Perform technical support activities for microcomputer users, including application usage, hardware and software issues, and computer networking. Use a ticketing management system to handle support requests and update activity status within the system. Additional responsibilities may be added during the assignment. **We’d love it if you meet the following requirements:** Driver’s License Category B Completed or ongoing Technical Education in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields Basic knowledge of technical user support (hardware and software) Proficiency with Windows operating systems Fundamentals of computer networking (internet, basic configuration, Wi\-Fi) Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ease of use with ticketing systems (or willingness to learn) **It would be great if you also have:** Prior experience in technical support or customer service Knowledge of Active Directory Experience with ticketing tools (GLPI, Zendesk, etc.) Fundamentals of information security Basic English for technical reading **Location:** Juíz de Fora / MG \- Mariano Procópio **What are my working hours?** **Tuesday to Saturday** Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Always striving to be a people-centric company, we invest in benefits designed to make your day lighter!
