If you are passionate about numbers, proactive, and eager to learn HR department routines, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! ### **Prerequisites** \- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Human Resources Department, documented in employment record book; \- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and ancillary obligations; \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. ### **Benefits** Health Insurance; Meal Voucher; Lunch; Birthday Day Off; Education Assistance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance. ### **Notes** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Master functions performed at previous levels; \- Carry out employee onboarding processes; \- Analyze, calculate, and verify vacation entitlements; \- Calculate, verify, and close payroll-related taxes for payrolls with lower transaction volumes; \- Submit and finalize eSocial and DCTFWeb events; \- Calculate, verify, and close taxes related to profit-sharing payments (pró-labore); \- Recalculate outstanding tax forms, verifying amounts and periods; \- Perform employee registration updates, including positions, salaries, allocations, and related information.
