Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the execution of SSMA routines. Conducting onboarding training, welcoming new employees, introducing them to the company’s organizational culture; maintaining updated spreadsheets related to internal initiatives and information management; collaborating with the Marketing team on internal marketing and internal communication activities; supporting managers and employees with internal requests; drafting and updating job descriptions; interacting with employees to provide and collect information; handling administrative processes related to employee promotions; executing the organization’s selection process: opening positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews and group dynamics, onboarding, and other related activities; supporting the maintenance of human development policies and programs within the organization; conducting climate and satisfaction surveys; developing internal company training programs aimed at team capacity building and development. ### **Prerequisites** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields ### **Benefits** Meal allowance, transportation allowance Applications for this opportunity close on **04/08/2026** #### **About the Company** Ansal is a company belonging to Grupo CSC.
