**LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** **About the Company:** A manufacturer and distributor of lubricants for various types of engines. **Responsibilities:** * Place and dispatch private-label orders according to commercial demands; * Enter product invoices into the system; * Update price tables according to commercial department guidelines and internal policies; * Issue sales invoices, adhering to tax deadlines and requirements; * Perform billing even with negative inventory balances, ensuring subsequent regularization; * Reconcile product balances and adjust inventory discrepancies; * Maintain daily control of the billing spreadsheet, ensuring data accuracy; * Monitor and manage open orders, guaranteeing delivery timelines as agreed. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); * Experience in billing routines, invoice issuance, and inventory control; * Proficiency in ERP systems and electronic spreadsheets (Excel); * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. **Work Location:** Iná neighborhood, São José dos Pinhais/PR. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **Compensation:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role, * Meal allowance: BRL 450.00 per month, * Food voucher: BRL 25.15 per day, * Transportation allowance, * Health insurance (after probationary period), * Dental insurance (after probationary period), * Pharmacy partnership, * Life insurance, * Tuition assistance, * Maxon Oil product bonus.
