**Position:** PCM Supervisor
Monitor production and maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, overall equipment effectiveness), generating analytical reports to support decision-making and propose improvements.
* Ensure integration among production, maintenance, and procurement departments, promoting efficient communication to synchronize activities and prevent rework.
* Analyze machine and process failures, leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance equipment reliability.
* Manage technical and administrative maintenance-related information, maintaining up-to-date records in the management system (TracOS/SAP) and ensuring traceability of performed services.
* Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, guiding the team and auditing processes to guarantee a safe workplace compliant with current legislation.
* Supervise maintenance routines, as well as machine shutdown scheduling.
Guarantee asset integrity (equipment and facilities), preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions.
* Analyze maintenance execution reports, as well as monitor repairs or component replacements, performing appropriate controls.
* Monitor the annual budget forecast, supervising cost and investment tracking, and reporting to superiors.
* Review and develop maintenance area procedures, processes, and work instructions jointly with the Coordinator and Maintenance Engineer.
* Monitor maintenance reports entered into the system by the department, prioritizing historical records and database integrity.
* Supervise weekly maintenance activities, ensuring communication has been carried out with all involved parties.
Analyze team working hours against the budgeted forecast, reporting deviations to superiors. Manage maintenance staff, conduct individual performance evaluations, and lead the team daily.
* Detail maintenance action plans for superiors, ensuring achievement of departmental goals and indicators.
* Identify engineering intervention needs to resolve critical and chronic issues, implementing improvements.
* Manage inspection plans and maintenance development, including target setting, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and lubrication.
