Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and control complex digital projects and products, ensuring delivery of OKRs and strategic outcomes. * Serve as leader across business, technology, UX, vendors, and other stakeholders. * Plan and control scope, schedule, budget, risks, communications, procurement, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with defined objectives. * Apply and adapt agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies, ensuring governance, predictability, and flexibility. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors, managing dependencies and interactions. * Manage interdependencies among projects, technical risks, and organizational impacts. * Monitor metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, producing executive status and performance reports. * Manage risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations, implementing corrective actions when required. * Ensure formal project and product handover to operations, with formal acceptance and established quality standards. * Coordinate and oversee vendor and partner deliveries, ensuring contractual compliance, deadlines, and cost control. * Perform financial project control, including contractual measurements, payments, closings, and accountability reporting. * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference, contributing to the development of the project management team and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management, Strategy, or related areas. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in project and product management, with proven track record in complex projects and successful launches. * Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall), in hybrid environments. * Experience with project and product management tools. * Experience in program and project portfolio management. * Experience delegating tasks, managing dependencies, prioritizing requirements, and resolving problems. * Strong expertise in project governance, financial control, change management, and executive reporting. * Knowledge of network infrastructure, systems, web applications, and IT governance. * Experience drafting and conducting RFI, RFP, and contract management. * Planning and controlling resource allocation (forecast). * Excellent communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. * Experience managing conflicts, facilitating collaboration, and fostering teamwork. * Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, Scrum Master, OKR, or similar are desirable. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
