Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate warehouse department activities, performing inbound and outbound control, organizing the warehouse layout, and implementing improvements in logistics processes. Experience in inventory management and WMS **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00 / Friday 08:00–18:00 **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supervise and coordinate warehouse department activities. * Perform inbound and outbound product control, ensuring record accuracy. * Organize warehouse layout to optimize space and facilitate product access. * Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile identified discrepancies. * Train and guide team members on product storage and handling procedures. * Collaborate with other company departments to meet replenishment and product distribution requirements. * Implement improvements in inventory control and logistics processes. * Generate performance reports and present results to management. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. * Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes. * Experience in team leadership. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. * Certifications in logistics. * Experience with WMS, especially in food products and verticalized warehouse operations. * **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation allowance
