Opportunity – Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: * Ensure execution and alignment of activities across different channels (medical or specialty), guaranteeing implementation of Scientific Trainings within established timelines and budgets. * Lead the development and execution of promotional, scientific, and business events, materials, and programs targeted at the Medical market. * Develop tools for the Medical channel’s scientific and business curriculum, including briefing creation, approval, and distribution of promotional materials. * Act as a direct interface with Brand Teams, ensuring channel strategies are consistently reflected across all executions. * Collaborate with partner functions—including Medical Sales Force, DTC & Digital, Trade, Training, Medical Affairs, Speakers, Regulatory, and other stakeholders—to ensure excellence in executing the Medical channel’s tactical plan. Knowledge and Skills: * Experience in project and event management, with direct interface across multiple stakeholders (more than 6 areas involved). * Solid experience interfacing with the Sales Force, ensuring strategic alignment and execution. * Experience in executing promotional and scientific events is desirable. * Experience in Trade Marketing is desirable. * Nexialist profile (not specialist): capable of connecting disciplines, integrating distinct initiatives, and ensuring governance and on-time delivery. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
