The professional will be responsible for connecting store needs with corporate HR guidelines, ensuring that actions, processes, and policies are implemented consistently, swiftly, and with a results-oriented focus. Job Responsibilities: Act as an HR partner for store managers, supervisors, and team leads. Disseminate organizational culture, behaviors, and values across all levels. Lead initiatives to reduce turnover and absenteeism through diagnostics, action plans, and indicator monitoring. Provide support to employees and assist in resolving conflicts and organizational climate issues. Support leaders in performance management, feedback delivery, and people development. Oversee hiring, onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring correct procedural application. Identify training needs and support the implementation of development initiatives. Serve as a liaison between HR departments (Payroll, Occupational Health & Safety, Recruitment, Training) and stores, ensuring clear communication and consistent process execution. Support internal campaigns, recognition programs, and employee engagement practices. ### **Prerequisites** Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields. Ability to manage multiple units, priorities, and simultaneous demands. Strong communication skills, active listening, consultative attitude, and solution orientation.
