Key responsibilities: * Ensure implementation of quality, food safety, cleanliness, and store organization standards; * Guarantee compliance with operational procedures and brand guidelines; * Develop staff work schedules and monitor employee performance; * Control operational expenses, inventory, and periodic stocktaking; * Support procurement and goods receipt processes; * Conduct cash register opening and closing, verify financial reports, and submit them to the supervisor; * Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service; * Address complaints and propose immediate solutions to improve the consumer experience.
