




Key responsibilities: * Ensure implementation of quality, food safety, cleanliness, and store organization standards; * Guarantee compliance with operational procedures and brand guidelines; * Develop staff work schedules and monitor employee performance; * Control operational expenses, inventory, and periodic stocktaking; * Support procurement and goods receipt processes; * Conduct cash register opening and closing, verify financial reports, and submit them to the supervisor; * Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service; * Address complaints and propose immediate solutions to improve the consumer experience. Requirements: * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Willingness to travel for meetings and training sessions; * Prior experience as a fast-food store manager or assistant manager; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Experience in people management; * Direct accountability for targets, results, and team performance; * Dynamic work environment with direct interaction with customers and colleagues; Salary and Benefits: * Monthly salary range: BRL 4,600.00 to BRL 4,800.00; * Meal allowance: BRL 23.00 per working day; * Food allowance: BRL 130.00; * Unimed health insurance – no co-payment required; * TotalPass; * Quarterly performance bonus.
