Job Summary: The Maintenance, Facilities, and Projects Coordinator plans, coordinates, and supervises maintenance and facilities activities, managing teams, processes, and resources to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead teams and optimize processes for service delivery. 2. Manage resources and ensure quality, timeliness, and appropriate costs. 3. Assess requirements and implement projects within scope and expected budget. The Maintenance, Facilities, and Projects Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance and facilities activities of the company, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role also oversees facility infrastructure and management of structural projects and equipment, ensuring requirement assessment, development, and implementation within scope and expected budget. This professional leads teams, optimizes processes, and manages resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and appropriate costs in service delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Chemistry, or equivalent work experience in progressively responsible roles in maintenance and project management. More than 5 years of experience as a people manager. Experience in the food industry preferred. Knowledge of MASSQ regulatory requirements. Knowledge of food certification standards; GFSI preferred. Experience in Lean Six-Sigma projects or certification preferred. Effective communicator in Portuguese, both verbally and in writing. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Practical knowledge of computers and business software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP is required. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with CAPEX and project management/execution. Ability to plan, execute actions, and coordinate individuals/teams to achieve objectives. Commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with capacity to prioritize work appropriately (high vs. low; value-added vs. non-value-added).
