Verify replacement of posters, banners, and flyers; conduct spot checks on flyer and magazine pricing. Inspect department functionality, checking machines and equipment, area cleanliness, and asset control (e.g., shopping carts). Perform inventory reviews and contact the commercial team to request store replenishment and price reductions. Review the promoter schedule and notify both the supplier and the commercial department. Visit the sales floor hourly to record improvement needs, signal corrections to teams, and monitor progress. Analyze Aliseg reports, implement corrections, and ensure store compliance with quality audits. Conduct inspections at the warehouse, loading dock, and fresh produce warehouse to monitor inventory levels, organization, cleanliness, and safety. Perform loss forecast analysis and assess store loss risk. Maintain communication with HR and Payroll departments to implement hiring, termination, retention, and vacation scheduling initiatives. Monitor the Solidarity Change Program and Discount Club, evaluating and motivating the team. Conduct shift handovers, communicate urgent actions, direct improvements, and transfer unfinished tasks. Analyze discrepancies in cycle count inventories and collaborate with the commercial department to resolve them. Visit nearby competitors as needed.
