Job Summary: This role involves managing technological control demands, verifying and validating inputs, conducting technical inspections, monitoring trials, and supporting quality procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage technological control and validation of inputs. 2. Conduct technical inspections and monitor laboratory tests. 3. Support the development of control plans and supervise field implementation. * Technological Control and Input Validation: Manage technological control requirements with site laboratories. * Verify and validate granulometric curves provided by aggregate suppliers. * Verify and validate other construction inputs, such as concrete, geotextile membranes, steel, crushed stone, soil, among others. * Perform technical inspections for material receipt on site. * Tests and Technical Monitoring: Monitor and complete laboratory tests via the Geolabor platform. * Prepare field test monitoring reports jointly with the implementation team. * Monitor and record technical non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support the development and revision of technological control plans and quality procedures. * Supervise monitoring and calibration of instrumentation. Field Activities: * Supervise field execution activities to ensure correct application of materials and construction techniques. * Conduct technical inspections during critical phases of construction. * Support the implementation, engineering, and ATO teams in field executions and requirements. * Participate in field technical rounds together with other involved departments. * Supplier Relations and Audits: Conduct technical visits to input suppliers to verify compliance and technical alignment. * Participate in technical audits and alignment meetings with suppliers and laboratories. * Evaluate supplier technical performance based on tests and inspections. * Documentation and Indicator Management: Maintain up-to-date records of tests, inspections, and technical validations. * Populate quality indicators and support analysis of material technical performance. * Ensure traceability of materials and tests per regulatory and contractual requirements. * Critical analysis and updating of standards (ABNT, ASTM, and NBR) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.435,82 \- R$4\.003,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in technological control?
