**We at Rheserva Consultoria are looking for an Electromechanical Technician** to work at a leading company in the industrial sector, **Tate \& Lyle Gemacom Tech** If you are a committed individual who enjoys challenges and is seeking a dynamic environment focused on safety, quality, and innovation, this opportunity is for you! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical, mechanical, and industrial automation machines, equipment, and systems; * Conducting inspections, tests, measurements, and technical diagnostics, proposing effective solutions for identified failures; * Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings; * Participating in the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, contributing to continuous improvements; * Assembling and adjusting machines, equipment, and components, including machining parts when necessary; * Acting in accordance with **Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (MASSQS)** standards, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation; * Performing maintenance on electro\-hydropneumatic systems, sensors, PLCs, frequency inverters, and industrial networks; * Supporting warehouse inventory control by organizing parts and components, as well as contributing to purchasing and traceability processes; * Carrying out systematic lubrication of machinery and identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance in the field. **What we are looking for in you:** * **Completed technical education** in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * **Previous experience** in an industrial environment (preferably in food industries or continuous processes); * **Solid knowledge** in electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation; * **Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings**; * **Basic knowledge of MIG and TIG welding (especially stainless steel)**; * **Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook** (familiarity with maintenance management systems – CMMS is desirable). **What we expect from your profile:** * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and focus on problem-solving; * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement; * Teamwork and sense of responsibility; * Integrity and respect in relationships and the workplace. **Additional information:** * **Work model:** On-site * **Location:** Guarani \- MG * **Working hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 * **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Health plan; Study grant; Life insurance If you identify with this opportunity and wish to grow alongside a solid and innovative company, **apply now and join this successful team!** Minimum Education: Technical Course Willingness to relocate
