The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Responsibilities: * Attend to customers at the dealership workshop, listening to their needs and concerns. * Perform accurate technical diagnostics on vehicles, identifying mechanical and electronic issues. * Work closely with the mechanics team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with the dealership’s safety and quality standards.
