




Job Summary: Responsible for complex activities in Personnel Administration, time tracking, benefits management, payroll processing, and labor proceedings. Key Highlights: 1. Legal compliance with ancillary obligations and system updates Responsible for medium-complexity activities in Personnel Administration, electronic time clock control and closing, management of employee records in an integrated system, benefits administration, and execution of payroll, vacation, leave, termination, and homologation processes. Manage labor relations and monitor labor proceedings, providing guidance to managers and employees and proposing improvements aligned with company guidelines. Perform maintenance and closing of the electronic time clock for import into payroll, as well as recording, controlling, and posting electronic time clock and time bank entries into payroll. Record, control, and post employee events—including absences, tardiness, overtime hours, among others—for updating data used in payroll calculation and subsequent verification. Manage and process benefit requests—including transportation vouchers, meal/food allowances, health and dental plans, life insurance, and other benefits offered by the organization—ensuring all employees have access. Carry out the educational program enrollment and payment process and monitor its payroll postings. Implement job title and salary changes resulting from transfers, promotions, or adjustments to working hours via the payroll system and issue required reports. Prepare payroll, reviewing entries, calculations, deductions, and other items while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and established policies. Issue and verify contribution and tax collection forms—including INSS, IRRF, and FGTS—and ensure timely submission of related ancillary filings on digital platforms such as Conectividade Social, eSocial, among others. Execute and assume responsibility for annual legal submissions (DIRF, RAIS, eSocial, and other ancillary obligations), ensuring legal compliance and adherence to established deadlines. Perform necessary verifications of invoices and bills issued by HR service or product suppliers, along with their respective allocations to Accounting and Finance departments. Update and monitor the annual employee vacation schedule, process calculation verification, and implement necessary adjustments. Handle severance/termination procedures, calculating, verifying, and preparing documentation for homologation, as well as managing all related terminations and updates arising from employee departures. Maintain organized HR department files and employee personnel records to ensure information retention and rapid access. Monitor direct and indirect audits and judicial proceedings, representing the organization at hearings as its legal representative. Contribute to developing the HR operational budget, as well as ensuring consistency and reliability of capital plans and budgets through appropriate guidance, direction, and support during their preparation, while also monitoring and controlling expenditures and recommending corrective actions for variances.
