




The Junior IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support to users, performing hardware and software maintenance, configuring networks and servers, and assisting in the implementation of information technology projects. This professional works under supervision, seeking solutions to technical problems and contributing to the efficiency of the company's information systems. * Provide user support, resolving technical issues and delivering remote or on-site assistance. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, such as computers, printers, and peripherals. * Configure and administer computer networks, including cable installation and configuration of routers and switches. * Assist in implementing IT infrastructure projects, such as server migrations and deployment of new technologies. * Perform data backup and recovery, ensuring the security and integrity of company information. * Document technical procedures, prepare activity reports, and keep the IT team’s knowledge base up to date. * Participate in training and capacity-building activities to enhance technical knowledge and stay current with technology market trends. * Collaborate with the IT team and other company departments to ensure integration and alignment of information systems with organizational objectives.
