Job Summary: Assist in Recruitment and Selection processes and Training and Development activities, performing scheduling, appointments, organization, and control of departmental routines. Key Highlights: 1. Full support in Recruitment and Selection, from resume screening to candidate feedback. 2. Training organization and scheduling, including effectiveness evaluation. 3. Support in internal marketing, corporate communication, and onboarding to ensure a positive experience. Assist in Recruitment and Selection processes and in the Training and Development department, performing scheduling, appointments, organization, and control of departmental processes and routines. * Support Recruitment and Selection processes by conducting initial resume screening, interview scheduling, interviews, test administration, and providing feedback to candidates. * Plan and organize training sessions, including preparation of attendance lists, effectiveness evaluations, and internal record management. * Support internal marketing initiatives and necessary corporate communications. * Monitor and assist in executing the integration schedule and institutional presentations, supporting the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new employees. * Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, ensuring compliance and availability of essential documents for audits. * Organize and maintain internal departmental documents in a standardized digital archive, aligned with departmental procedures and SGI system requirements. * Support other departmental activities as required. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Preferred: Knowledge of RS (Social Responsibility) processes;
