Then Rota Seguros is the place for you! ?Position: Customer Relationship Assistant Responsibilities: * Provide support to customers and brokers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Send documents such as duplicate bills, membership cards, accredited network lists, statements, and others; * Record all interaction details in the system; * Open and track service requests in the system, when necessary; * Perform real-time post\-sales follow-up; * Contact customers by phone to verify the status of their health and dental insurance plans, and optionally make referrals or conduct sales. Requirements: * Proficiency with computer applications; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication, writing, and typing skills.
