Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and customer service to resolve client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person as needed; * Monitor vehicles with no communication in the vehicle tracker monitoring database; * Schedule and dispatch equipment for tracker device maintenance; * Conduct installation and maintenance tests on equipment to ensure full functionality; Requirements: * Prior experience in administrative roles * Knowledge of tracking systems is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team
