Job Summary: This role involves supporting event planning, client visits, and volunteer coordination for fundraising activities, along with performing related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Identifying and coordinating volunteer supporters **Requirements:** Must be over 18 years of age; Incomplete high school education; Possession of a Military Reservist Certificate; Availability for travel; Holding a Class B driver's license; Experience: NO Allowance: covers accommodation, meals, and fuel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in mapping and planning for visits and execution of fundraising events/auctions; * Schedule and conduct visits with external clients; * Identify volunteer supporters for fundraising events and auctions; * Conduct fundraising events/auctions together with volunteer supporters; * Perform other related or inherent duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
