Technical support to customers and quality assurance Position: Installation Technician - Vehicle Equipment Location: Belo Horizonte - MG **Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and remove vehicle-mounted equipment (e.g., tracking, telematics, immobilizers, sensors, cameras); * Perform diagnostics and tests to ensure proper operation of installed equipment; * Complete service reports using spreadsheets or internal systems; * Follow company-defined technical procedures and operational workflows; * Configure devices and perform firmware updates when necessary; * Interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics to execute services; * Conduct on-site visits across different regions as required; * Report any non-conformities, equipment failures, or difficulties encountered; * Maintain responsibility for materials, tools, and equipment under their care; * Provide basic technical support to customers during and after installation; * Ensure technical quality and adherence to the company's installation standards; * Provide continuous feedback to management regarding field activity progress. **Requirements:** * Driver's License Category B; * Willingness to travel; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; Salary: R$3340.00 Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
