We seek an organized, proactive professional with attention to detail to manage and monitor the fleet, ensuring process efficiency and smooth operational functioning. This is an on-site position at the company's headquarters in Juiz de Fora. \- Monitor fleet vehicle status and resolve pending issues; \- Control and monitor tachographs, GPS trackers, toll tags, and fueling records; \- Verify traffic fines and violations, identify drivers involved, and take appropriate actions; \- Monitor fuel consumption and track diesel supply requests for construction sites; \- Manage and generate vehicle usage reports; \- Coordinate equipment transfers between construction sites, tracking invoices and records; \- Follow up with departing employees regarding fleet-related financial liabilities; \- Track purchase orders and invoices for vehicle parts and services; \- Obtain quotations for fleet maintenance products and services; \- Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; \- Manage fleet licensing and documentation; \- Register and manage vehicles in toll and tracking systems; \- Support processes with customs agents and forward requests to the finance department; \- Ensure the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and the work environment; \- Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations; \- Perform other duties consistent with this role. ### **Prerequisites** \- Completed High School; \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred (in progress acceptable); \- Prior experience in fleet or logistics management preferred; \- Basic knowledge of Excel and control systems; \- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and sense of responsibility; \- Problem-solving ability and time management skills.
