




Job Summary: The Planning Analyst develops and monitors project schedules, manages S-curves, WBS, and EVA, and reports status to ensure physical, economic, and financial performance. As a Planning Analyst, you will: * Participate in handover meetings for each new project; assist in generating coordination standards. * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Generate Project S-Curves \- Physical/Financial and monitor them. * Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram. * Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project's financial performance. * Be responsible for developing and finalizing Measurement Bulletins together with Project Managers for submission to the client. * Monitor updates to document lists and pending items; prepare and issue monthly project status reports requested by the client. * Be responsible for monitoring weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with the technical team and managers, producing meeting minutes. * Monitor, together with the Project Manager, matters related to the physical, economic, and financial performance of their contracts. * Monitor departmental control requirements, such as contractual adjustments, project indicators IDP and IDC, and Project Status. 2512200202551110373
