**Occupational Safety Technician**
**Education:** Technical course in occupational safety with work experience and active registration
**Work Profile:**
* Conducts preliminary risk analysis (PRA) and prepares safety area documentation;
* Develops, updates, directs, delivers, and instructs contract leaders on DDS implementation, ensuring creation and archiving of evidence;
* Develops and manages the occupational health and safety training matrix;
* Delivers training (theoretical/practical NR 35, 12, 11, 20\);
* Monitors, supports, and supervises the third-party company responsible for life management in e\-Social;
* Investigates workplace incidents and accidents, and coordinates with the third-party company for CAT issuance;
* Attends client meetings, addressing, monitoring, and implementing actions;
* Conducts weekly fieldwork, applying safety checklists and generating inspection reports; engages stakeholders and follows up;
* Periodically inspects company premises, facilities, and equipment, observing working conditions to identify accident risk factors;
* Conducts PPE usage audits;
* Identifies occupational accident risk factors, occupational diseases, and harmful environmental agents affecting workers, proposing elimination or control measures;
* Issues HHT spreadsheets for submission to clients;
* Manages periodic medical examinations, scheduling them in the SOC system and coordinating with operations; processes examination closures verifying alignment with documents (PGR/PCMSO) and enters data into the system;
* Ensures application of current legislation;
* Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA);
* Manages uniform and PPE inventory via requisition, generating monthly or demand-based replenishment orders to the procurement department;
* Monitors actions to be implemented per PGR;
* Develops materials for awareness, safety, and health campaigns;
* Reviews medical and laboratory clinic reports, entering contracting parties and cost centers.
**Requirements:** CNH Category B driver's license. Microsoft Office suite. PGR / PCMSO documentation renewal. Training certifications.
**Salary:** R$ 3\.300,00 to R$ 3\.500,00
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 18:00\. Friday, 08:00 – 17:00\.
