Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** · Coordinate tax department activities and team members, assigning responsibilities and tasks, monitoring employee performance and KPIs, providing guidance on challenges and correcting deviations, thereby ensuring departmental results; * Coordinate ongoing review of adopted tax procedures to ensure the company complies with applicable legislation and correctly issues tax documents; * Support studies for the company’s tax planning, aiming to propose and implement optimal scenarios for the company; * Coordinate the development of controls, KPIs, and work instructions to map processes and identify opportunities for departmental improvement; * Ensure accuracy in tax calculations; * Monitor changes in tax legislation, assessing their impact on internal processes and ensuring timely updates are communicated to the team; * Coordinate compliance with special tax regimes and tax incentives, overseeing tax assessments, invoice issuance, guiding the tax team, providing information for audits, etc.; * Perform other related duties as requested by the immediate manager; * Report to the immediate manager whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are identified. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration * Technical knowledge of tax and billing routines * Experience in team coordination * Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills * Leadership, analytical ability, and critical thinking. **Additional Information** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of Protheus is desirable.
