Promote automation culture and governance **Job Description:** **About the Role** We are seeking a senior specialist in **Infrastructure Automation**, with advanced expertise in **Ansible**, capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure automation pipelines and solutions. You will serve as the technical reference within the team, ensuring standardization, operational reliability, and continuous improvement of delivery and environment maintenance processes. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain automations using Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Collections). * Standardize server, application, and service provisioning across on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Manage CI/CD pipelines by integrating Ansible with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. * Create and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and promote automation culture and governance. * Monitor and optimize the environment, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements. * Ensure security and compliance by integrating controls, validations, and DevSecOps best practices. * Act as the technical focal point for advanced troubleshooting and support to infrastructure, security, and development teams. * Document processes and mentor junior professionals. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Expertise in **Ansible**, including: authoring complex playbooks, developing custom roles and modules, integrating with AWX/Tower and advanced Collections; * Terraform * ARM / Bicep (where applicable) * Git, GitOps * Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions * Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) – advanced * Windows Server – desirable * Ability to lead end-to-end automation initiatives * Clear communication and technical influence * Proactive problem-solving for complex issues * Continuous improvement mindset * Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Azure * AWS * GCP * Red Hat Ansible Automation Certification * Terraform Associate Certification * Cloud certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AWS SysOps, etc.) **Job Details** * Hybrid model | Alphabile – SP or Barra Funda – SP (1 day per week at either location) * PJ contract **Location****Contract Model****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR PJ Freelancer Hybrid
